The number of deaths in the UK yesterday dropped by half from.the day before. Is it me or does it seem.the media BBC, sky and the press were disappointed.

No, just no. Club football is not a summer sport, never has been, never will be. You also don't appear to make suggestions on how transfers would work during this proposed period, pretty much every player contract runs to June/July so you have teams potentially losing key players for nothing half way through your proposed seasons

Point here is due to virus, anything and everything can change now, same solution could be one considered if this season is void and there is no football til next spring

its not about losing half your income, its about maximising the limited time you may have given the current football blackout. ie working Friday, Saturday & Sunday as you were sick for the first half of the week. It's not as much pay, but far better than just waiting till Monday week to go back.

No major European leagues would start in January 2021 because of the knock-on effect it would have on subsequent seasons. Club football will either return this August or August of 2021, with the 2019-20 season a figment of our imaginations. If UEFA wants to hold the Euros in the summer of 2021, it will only do do if it's prudent to do so. In short, the far less impactful solution is to void the 19-20 season and start again from scratch.

Well, if you lot weren't gurning on all the time about finishing the season in the face of a global pandemic, coming up with all sorts of outlandish formulae, the latter two threads wouldn't exist. The first thread has existed, in two previous incarnations I might add, because you give us all kinds of other reasons to laugh at you with your constant bellendic behaviour.
