Well, we are all entitled to our opinions. Personally I think it's disrespectful to his LA Galaxy teammates, coaches and fans for him to talk like he's still playing for Everton. Nothing wrong with wishing Everton luck, but this "we" business... Galaxy pays your salary, man. But then,... who am I talking about here? So if I went to play for, say, Bayer Leverkusen, I'd have to be a Leverkusen fan?

If it was one of our players talking like that, about another club, they would get a lot of grief over it.

I fully accept Coleman enjoyed his time at Blackpool, and understood his reasoning behind not celebrating when he scored against them.

Footballers are human, they were football fans before they were footballers and they're entitled to support whoever they want.
