Ah, I see the Wolves United game is FA cupSouthampton play wolves and RS play Utd
Trust me, no one is waiting for you to do anything. Not sure who said anything about summer recruitment there but seems a sore spot.Ok mate yeah. You still waiting for me to ‘come back with my tail between legs’ for saying our recruitment wasn’t good in the summer And we’d struggle to finish higher than 8th by the way? Hope you’ve got plenty of supplies.
TBF it is/was a valid question. He hasn't managed a non-CL side since, what, 2002? He's usually working with the finished article and we are, most assuredly, not.Been very impressed with everything he's said since joining. And to think people question if he is "right" for us.
That's the thing about a world class manager, you listen to them. I still don't think those subs were right because we invited pressure with the entirely wrong set of players but Carlo has seen that a thousand times.I think one of the huge things about Ancelotti is that he speaks sense but not just that, when he speaks the fans listen because he's proven and also very likeable
With Silva he did actually speak sense in interviews but people just rolled their eyes
Long live Carlo
Honestly, hope he changes everything just to say "I don't care if we won, I'm picking the team I want".Hope he keeps the same team next week

Probably worth mentioning Napoli have only won one football match and lost the rest since Carlo left.
DCL and Richarlison have got 10 each this season. (all competitions).
We could do with goals from elsewhere.
It’s almost like we have a manager who knows his 4r5e from his elbow?Thats a great quote and something im surprised to not have heard out of our previous managers.
Carlo knew what the score was when becoming manager that the club were far from anything like a finished article and had to be built up. Although the pay packet helped I believe that he did want to come to really build the team also hence the 4.5 year deal.
