He also jibbed off Distin and brought Stones in (a Moyes signing to be fair) so it wasn't even the same defence who carried on the work Moyes did as you are making out.

He improved the defence in his first season, he then made it a lot worse the following two. I don't even see how that's debatable, the numbers are there to back it up.

He went to United which he hasn’t been forgiven for.
