Becoming an 'Everton' manager as the days roll on.

International break is good time for him to re-evaluate a few things - creating chances, re-working a few set-piece tricks, and even becoming defensively sound against teams who have a go like Villa.

Quietly confident in our man.

We have a whole season of "if it wasnt for Villa" to look forward to.

Best way for me to describe it is you're sat in a bar chatting to a decent looking girl (Silva) she's nice and pleasant - you've had bad experiences in the recent past with blaggers (Brown Shoes) and cheats (Koeman) who've let you down so you just want a chilled and stable relationship (stability).

You get this burning feeling in your loins however that she's not quite the one - something about her thats missing something (in game management, poor away record).

Then you look over to the counter and see none other than Katie Price (Mourinho) - sat there sipping a Pornstar Martini, low cut skirt, baps out the lot. You know her best days are behind her (Chelsea) and that she is a wild one at heart which may all end in tears (Utd) - but you also know that she can take you to places you've been dreaming about since you was a spotty teenage virgin (24 years without a trophy).

Its just so hard Roy not to keep staring.
Jose is most definitely a better manager than Silva but I would be very hesitant to make him the boss.

We just came out of a turbulent period and a manager shaking trees is not what we need right now.

There’s only a small handful of managers I’d consider a clear upgrade on Silva and I’d back to do better with confidence and they are Poch, Gaurdiola, Klopp, Allegriand Simone.

Not saying he’s a top elchelon type but there’s no clear advantage replacing him and until such time is proven stick not twist

You carry on staring, but clearly your eyes ain’t as good as you think! She’s yesterdays news and using artificial means to stay relevant but not succeeding, bit like the road Jose could easily be headed down!

When youre sat in bars chatting to decent looking girls do you incessantly moan about Everton to them too?

its @Frank.

and flagged for off topic shabite

this is the silva thread, medicore marco is living right up to his name if you ask me this season
I didn’t want him Frank and I don’t think we will win the league with him
We may get top 6 even top 4 in another couple of seasons
I reckon he is here ,barring flirting with relegation , till BMD is built
Marcel needs at least another2 summers to get us a squad capable of regular top 4 contention and he will leave Marco there till then
I am warming a bit to him , he’s proved he can organise a defence and st times the football is nice to watch
Just don’t want another mid season slump and I’m hoping for a decent run in the cups
