I wouldn’t mind this lad to be honest .
He’s a good player and at a good age to expect continued improvement.
Fair price too, considering the market.

I like Iwobi, always have, he’s raw potential though, he needs a lot of coaching, he would also seriously improve with regular games and a key role in a team, instead of a supporting role.

I can see why our management are interested and they have enough trust in the bank for us to back this decision.

We are buying raw potential here and a player who needs a lot of development work to realize that potential, fair head room though.

He’s also Jay Jay Okochas nephew, loved Jay Jay.

Someone mentioned it earlier but he was the only player in that Arsenal team that looked a threat when we smashed them at home despite only managing to score one goal, He looked pretty lively.
The signing has pros and cons but I won't be foaming at the mouth if he signed, Fits the Brands model, PL ready etc.

That seems to be the problem for Arsenal fans mate, since his debut 4 seasons ago he hasn't kicked - on.
Quite true and if he had kicked on as hoped then we wouldn’t have the chance to sign him.
He’s proved himself a good player nonetheless and moving to a new challenge and new coaches may be what he needs to progress. He’s still a young player after all.
