At least the Keane criticism is now centred around him not being worth 50m rather tha being worse than Mee or Tarkowski.

Tarkowski was the player that made him look good.

Tarkowski played 19 games in Keanes last season at Burnley, unsure how many they played together. And Burnley now have the second worst defensive record in the league.

Keane is better.

The Europa League and the lack of squad depth has done Burnley in this season, not Tarkowski.

There is an article in the echo about how last season he had a foot injury and had to wear a boot on his bad foot that was two sizes to big for him.
