Computer games.

Try something like Trials Rising. Dirt bikes on mad courses. Not too taxing and dead good to just pick up and have a go.

Red Dead 2 is the obvious shout. Yeah there’s a massive story but sometimes I just load it up to be a cowboy for a bit. And do cowboy things.

Just had a look at Trails Rising, looks good.

Cheers for the recommendation.

You only buy downloaded games during flash sales (I have a PS4 dunno if X-bone has them) or if its download only like say Banner Saga Trilogy or Night in the woods.
I'd always buy a physical copy, many times I've bought a game, played it for a few months, traded it in at places like Cex and lost a tenner at most, all the top games hold their value for 3 or 4 months.

Well, I'm edging closer to yet another gaming purchase! Like you, I'm a couch player when it comes to PC games, and I've synced my Xbox One controller to my PC which is great for FPS, but the Steam controller does look like it would give me far more options. So, it seems a good shout for just another £12 in addition to Sekiro.

A stream controller for £12? Where? I always fancied picking one up.

But a controller for FPS games on pc? Good lord, you'll be destroyed.

Bought a bloody PS4 whilst I was drunk last weekend, I'm not a patient man, with the attention span of a leaf.

Are there any recommendations for any games that are quite easy to get into?

Not really bothered about genre, just something easy and accessible....but good.
Try any of the ‘Telltale’ games.
They’re more like interactive/choose your own adventure games. They’re easy to get into and usually have great story lines.

Telltales TheWalking Dead (Season 1 & 2), Game of Thrones, Wolf Among Us, Tales From the Borderlands, Telltales Batman.

All worth a look if that’s your thing.

No, I meant I'll be sticking with the XB1 controller for any FPS on the PC, but thought the Steam controller would give me more options as in more choice of game types. It's discounted to £12 if you buy Sekiro for £50, direct from Steam.

Wipeout - racing game using hovering spaceship type things
Table top racing:world tour - should be fairly cheap and it's a rip off of micro machines but plays well
Rocket league - indoor footy played with cars, bit more of a learning curve but a lot of fun and a game you can play when you've got a spare 15 minutes.

I know I’ve been gushing about Sekiro quite a bit, but I’ve not been this sucked in by a game in a very long time.

Can’t tell you how much of a rush this boss fight is, this clip doesn’t do it justice, being able to grapple hook into him to close distance as he’s charging around is ridiculous fun :D

GOTY contender for me so far!

I’ve only seen good things about this game.
