STALE.......

No, he was looking like his old self. Without the goals.

Without goal's, a striker is just a waste of time. He's just not the same player he was before his injury.

This is why he wanted to go.

It's all STALE..!!!

I really think he needs a run of games. He was on form against the [Poor language removed], scored the winner against Stoke, set up Cahill at Blackpool. It looked like he was back on form big time...

Then he's dropped.

End of the day, who knows, he could've banged in goals against Bolton and the Arse if he started. Moyes dropped a bollock in dropping a striker getting back into form for a striker who hasnt scored since January last season.

Poor management. Not stale in Yak's department. Cant praise him enough.

sort of.

he was improving every game up until backpool where i thought he was poor.

but one game wasnt enough to drop him, there are others who have been consistently poor yet moyes still picks them.

Still got an assist for a goal...which is more than Saha has done.

Lids, watch this, we'll have this, Everton aren't stale, we'll be back!

Moyes has handled the striker situation terribly to be honest. Yakubu was playing well, the team was benefiting because of his all round play in the final third and whilst he wasn't scoring, he was creating chances for others. Saha scored lots of goals in the first half of last season yet our play and results where poor because the ball simply wasn't sticking. There's alot more to being a striker than scoring goals.

It's not like Yakubu wasn't getting chances either, he had one cleared off the line, and hit the post against Newcastle. He's been a bit unlucky really, but there's no doubt that he was playing well.

This is true. I hardly bother to watch anympore.

Something has to get better. We have no sort of drive from Central midfield, in my opinion. We need a back to his best Arteta.

That's the best word to Explain everything surrounding Everton right now. That go's for players, staff, fans, ora. So many things seem wrong right now when really things should be so right. On Sunday when i met the lad's going the game, tbh i just couldn't be arsed. Every one felt the same. We were playing one of the best teams in the league and it should have been an exciting day and one we should be well up for.

1st of all, this Pre-season everything looked like it was set up for one of the best season's we've had for years. But it's just not happened, why?. I put a big part of the blame down to players.

Heitinga - Just doesn't look interested, his body language is all wrong. Talking [Poor language removed] in the press and throwing daft challenges all over the pitch. He's looking out for No.1.

Pienaar - He's gone, playing well but he wont be here after Jan. Such a shame but cant be good for the dressing room.

Saha/Yak - 2yrs ago they were worth £30m for the 2. Now we'd be lucky to get £5m. They are down on confidence and down on goals. Saha looks a shadow of his former self.

With still no player's for the RW the balance in the team is all wrong. has been for years but this season just seem to be worse than ever. I like Coleman but he not the answer right now. Hopefully Donavan will come and sort that out.

Moyes/Round they seem to have hit a brick wall this season. Nothing seems to be going right. I still think Moyes is the right man for the job, but something has to give. The club is stagnant and needs an injection from somewhere. We need a bit of cash but from where? not a clue.

Maybe it's time to sell a few of the players to bring a freshness to the club. Rodwell maybe? £30 rebuild again, might be the answer. Saha to go? Yakubu?

Arteta's form hasn't helped and Fellaini not playing for most the season it's not good right now. It's all very stale. Also teh fan's. except for the derby and right after the Man Utd game it's been [Poor language removed] at Goodison.

Kenright really needs to find this investment he's been talking to for so long. Enough with the bullshit billy boy. We really are at a cross roads right now. Find us some dosh and close the door on the way out........

STALE, IT'S ALL FUCKING STALE RIGHT NOW.....

£30 for rodwell lol

Maybe we should use these to freshen up the place!

This smells like another GET JOL IN thread.

Ya mars stale lad.

No Jol in for me ever lad.

I'm just saying everything at the club is stale. As i said i think Moyes is still the man but seems to be hitting brick walls at the moment.

Plus, ye birds beef curtains are stale lad.....

Sort it!!!

The last few games havent been the best, 3 wins in our last 17 games? We are still fairly hard to beat, but I agree, during games we have so many players playing badly its scary.

Its the Everton way, we have to be knocked down in order to rise.

Pretty good summary Sharpy. Also possibly the lack of "signings" in the summer did not help, now I mean names! In many ways seems to tie in a bit with that article in the Mirror (was it?) about Wenger sussing us out to score goals.

Imnot worried our performences have been good to be honest, we've had a lot of injuries and players going through poor spells of form, yet we're nicely poised and no one is really pulling away from us.

Europe nailed on.
