our other midfielders are there to do that. Makalele, Roy Keane, Viera and other great midfield destroyers also weren't known for their forward passing, but were crucial to their teams.

i'm willing to take back Keane, the dynamism of Fergie's Utd teams did encourage his playing the ball forward more. and i'm not saying Gana is as good as Viera or Makalele, but i am saying Gana's strengths aren't his forward passing, just like those three. his strengths are in destroying opposition flow, just like those three.
