At the end of the day we all know Sarri will be gone come the seasons end as Chelsea have ambition.

People will argue we are everton they are chelsea however the principle applies - if you appoint mediocrity and accept mediocrity then you become and remain mediocre.

Moshiri needs to do what he hasnt done since he joined the club and undertake (alongside Brands) a proper recruitment policy and interview a wide range of managers who have a track record of either league or trophy success in competitive leagues (england, spain, germany, italy).

If we keep this fella we'll at best finish bottom half next season or at worst be in a relegation scrap. If some fans are happy with that then fair enough but I imagine a fair few will sack it off having already experienced the past couple of disaster seasons.
If we carry on with current form he might manage an exciting end to this season for us.

hasn't he just mirror'd his Watford season last year? Weren't they like top 6 last year then Christmas came and it all came falling down when he lost like 7 games in 10 games or something disgraceful, We've done exactly that this year.

kneejerker

I didn't want him initially. If it was as easy as just pointing a finger and him leaving I'd be fine with that but how many more managers can we be paying off at once? That fund is certainly eating away at any transfer budgets.

Is anyone else getting bored of the same posters posting the same viewpoint but switching up the wording daily?

Name them, or no balls.

Thing is no one was saying this when we wanted Sam out, everyone was all for it then, but to bin him and go for a manager who clearly looked like he would give us the exact season he has, was just madness. Moshiri is wasting seasons, Bill did it when we were skint, he is doing it now that were not

He's got 2 weeks to figure out a way of beating Cardiff and then get the players up for the derby. If he can't do that there isn't much hope.

If you can name me a viable replacement who is available right now, then I will agree.

But I can almost guarantee that no manager will move from a current club in February to come and manage mid table, 4 managers in 4 years Everton.
We dont want a manager from a current club, well not a Premier League club anyway, its doing that which has got us into this mess.
