After doing my best to give him a fair shot, it appears that sadly he’s turning out to be just as bad as I thought before we appointed him.

Yeah, I gave him a fair chance, but sadly I think we are seeing he was who we thought he was. I mean, I couldnt fathom why we wanted to sign a guy who failed at his past 2 jobs in 2 years. Seemed a bad resume, and yet we hired him on the recommendation of Davek.
