I think on reflection, that I started to lose faith in this man when he thought that DCL was fit to wear the royal blue shirt, either as a sub or to start a game.

Now I see the same team, same pointless and aimless "tactics", and same combo of "not-arsed/frustrated" players. It is almost like his team talk is "ok, so when we are losing after 70 minutes, I will bring on Walcott and Bernard".

Also, if he had ever played the game to a decent level, he would know that hooking someone off at half-time should only be done in extreme circumstances, not every week as that is absolutely terrible for morale!

We have an international centre-forward in Cenk Tosun, who is adored by Turkish fans, who scored goals in a Sam Allardyce team where he maybe had 0.5 chances per game... and he starts a completely demotivated left-winger or the biggest sh*thouse I've ever seen in a blue shirt - little Bambi-Lewin.
Play Tosun, and put in some crosses... not rocket-science.

Oh and he should use Martinez's ploy of never practicising set-pieces, because doing nothing is better than whatever we are doing.

15 games Marco, win 10 of them and you might keep your job!

Desperate times for Marco now. His latest quotes don't make for good reading, essentially pleading with his players to save his job. Sounds like he's not willing to change his tactics or approach and instead wants to the players to magically perform to levels they're not capable of under his system. I hope he's given the boot after tomorrow's defeat. Surely he must be, our form is simply unacceptable and performances even worse.

You mean apart from that season when we finished 4th so that is by definition our best season in the PL era?

although obviously better finishing 4th, didn't we finish on more points when we finished 5th with bobby? there technically that's a better season? just means the teams around us also had better seasons

Marco looks like a beaten man.

Does anyone remember his first presser when he was announced. He was a bag of nerves. I had my doubts then but I was hoping he would do a good job.

Sadly, I think he’s out of his depth at a big club (with big expectations) like Everton.

Moshiri’s ringing endorsement of him (Not!) at the recent AGM wouldn’t have helped his cause any.

have I seen this morning metal legs keane has stated all the players are devastated at being knocked out of the cup?

like clockwork these aren't they, every week we get beat it's the same garbage coming out of one of their mouths

frauds.
