To put into context. Our full strength team just got beat by a team in bottom 6 of the championship. I don't think think he should be sacked yet, but there has to be a reaction against huddersfield

But this is a major part of the issue!

Coleman looks done in terms of beating his man, despite setting up our best chances yesterday.

Still doesn’t know his best cb pairing. Zouma has to start for me. He has the passion.

No box to box and siggy is a waste of a spot lately.

Mola is a bright spot and learning his trade.

Dcl just isn’t good enough to play up top on his own.

We need a striker.

Our best 11 has SO many issues.

We can give him to the end of the season which is probably the right thing to do but i cannot see the results getting any better under his style of play, teams only have to get a set piece and we are in trouble. I really hope he can turn it around but i cannot see it infact with the fixtures coming up i see things getting a lot worst. Not much fun being an Evertonian at the present moment.

I have absolutely no clue who I’d replace him with but I think his situation is untenable, now. Had we gone out in similar circumstances, in the midst of a good or even middling run of form in the league it’d just be one of those things, but this wasn’t the magic of the cup, it was us not being good enough - at full strength - to beat Millwall.

As I’ve said a bunch of times already, his panicked chopping and changing of the lineup stinks of Koeman in those final days when he didn’t have a clue how to fix what was going wrong, but Marco hasn’t even had the (relatively) good spell early doors that bought RK a bit of time.

Tactically clueless, stubborn to the point of costing us points (zonal marking) continuing to play woefully out of form players, no change in tactics, no proactivity before or during games. Adding in the miserable and non inspiring domeanour he portrays.

It didn't inspire me when we went for him and certainly does not inspire me going forward. The thought of him spending anymore money now terrifies me tbh. As for the sacking managers does no good brigade well all I can say is it hasn't done man utd much harm has it.

He should never have been appointed in the first place so getting rid is a no brainer, and send Duncan with him ffs..

He's the most inarticulate manager we've ever had. The mumbling monotone reflects the way his team plays.
And that's how he thinks, too. You can see it mid- game: arms folded, looking confused/ annoyed, no direction. No plan b either in games.

I was open minded 2 months ago. He goes as soon as a credible alternative comes up and I think we need to be looking at younger successful championship British mangers.

Yes, I've been an advocate of unsworth and Ferguson, but can't see their impact.

Moyes and jags for me. Or Cahill!

But marco silva is a nice name so there happy
*They're. Sam Allardyce will only play one way tho. In today's football you have to be more progressive, attacking. Look at City, Liverpool or Tottenham and even Man Utd now. We're not going down and we're not getting in the top 6 so anywhere between 12th - 7th will do. This was always going to be a difficult season. Changing the manager will only put us back to square one.

.....I honestly don’t know who our first team coach is. I know Ferguson is involved, but I don’t know the individuals Silva brought in. They must be accountable for this defensive ineptitude.

Rather than sack Silva at this point, perhaps get him to sack his coaches because the team plays like it isn’t coached.
