Was so fuming after last night’s game. Not sure firing Silva is the answer, but something needs to change and soon. Players are too soft and they still panic on the ball.

If Marco Silva was to get the sack would Richarlison want to leave too? He seems to like him.

Good riddance. Sell whilst his stock is reasonably high.

Anyway, see Pelligrini has publicly said he's ashamed of West Ham yesterday. Need some of that from Silva. Sarri did same n got similar reaction from Chelsea midweek. Need to see a horrible side from Silva.

We can give him to the end of the season which is probably the right thing to do but i cannot see the results getting any better under his style of play, teams only have to get a set piece and we are in trouble. I really hope he can turn it around but i cannot see it infact with the fixtures coming up i see things getting a lot worst. Not much fun being an Evertonian at the present moment.
We ought to approach the Watford manager, if only to wind their fans up.

No Evertonian should be behind this manager at this point in time. Blind faith will cost us in the long-run.

We have to get him the sack, and it has to be now.

I just don't see how he gets to the end of this season. We are going to have more bad results which will just see him fall away. He looks done to me, I so wish that was not the case.

.....I honestly don’t know who our first team coach is. I know Ferguson is involved, but I don’t know the individuals Silva brought in. They must be accountable for this defensive ineptitude.

Rather than sack Silva at this point, perhaps get him to sack his coaches because the team plays like it isn’t coached.
Same coaches he’s always had. What’s that definition of insanity again?

We conceded the same goal 3 times yesterday and it’s a goal I’ve seen time and again this season. At what point does somebody on the pitch during a game or even in training have the balls to say this isn’t working and change it. If it is working on the training ground then God knows what it says about our strikers.

Lincoln scored past us at goodison with a similar free kick to all those horrible goals yesterday even goal any Huddersfield got a goal off the second ball of a set piece, how on Earth this hasn’t been rectified is beyond me ,same goals, all we had to do was defend but once Digne stupidly shoved that player evey Evertonian knew the outcome, utterly miserable time being a toffee

Right now it looks like a carbon copy of his time at Watford.
Start off well playing nice football, get found out with no plan b and the form drops massively.
Two main differences, Silva has had money to spend here, and he's not managed the eye catching results against the top 4 he did at Watford

The buck has the stop with the manager for this, in my opinion.

It’s very reminiscent of the Martinez years - defensive organisation just wasn’t on the agenda.

A couple things I know...

...off set pieces...

We are tied with Wolves, Newcastle, and Cardiff for the worst in the PL with 10 set piece goals against. Adjusted for fouls, Cardiff is the worst, but we are likely 2nd.

Last year, we were 6th in preventing goals from set pieces, so we were good.

...from open play...

We are tied for 9th in goals against in open play.

Last year we were the worst in the league at 46 goals against.

Obviously, we are a much better defensive team than last year in general, but set piece goals are hurting us and killed us yesterday. That being said, you are what you focus on. We should know Milwall is really good at set pieces. They are 2nd in the championship with 14 from set pieces. They aren't good scoring from open play. That's a big reason why Mina started is my guess.

The fouling to me is the dumbest part of this. That's on the players. That being said, the defense on the last goal was embarrassing. Just horrible.

*They're. Sam Allardyce will only play one way tho. In today's football you have to be more progressive, attacking. Look at City, Liverpool or Tottenham and even Man Utd now. We're not going down and we're not getting in the top 6 so anywhere between 12th - 7th will do. This was always going to be a difficult season. Changing the manager will only put us back to square one.
To be clear, we were a MUCH worse defensive team last year. Much worse.
