It’s actually quite boss mate.

I can see why it got panned a bit because a fair few of the games have not aged well at all, but if you went in thinking it would all be modern and hd like they you’re a bit silly.

Not played all the games yet because I always end up back playing Destruction Derby because it’s freakin’ boss.

The big complaint I heard was that the games don't run properly in some cases because of the versions they've chosen to use. That might be less of an issue in the PAL region

I heard that too. Which is weird as they all seem to be fine.

Yeah they look dodgy compared to now but I expected that.

For British people there's no problems with it as we're used to PAL.

It's a bit bare bones compared to the Nintendo minis but I agree it's still great.

Smart write-up that Mikey. Highlights how cool and fluid the gameplay is. Those visuals though....incredible. I'm saving up for a PS VR as the experience looks fantastic - I've got Gran Tourismo Sport, Wipeout and Ace Combat 7 - so I'm slowly building a library of VR-Compatible games. Just need the hardware to play them on now!

And even though it’s not really a ‘feature’ it is good that you can hack it dead easy.

You can buy a dongle from 8bitdo that lets you play with a wireless dualshock/ or Xbox controller. More importantly it lets you access the emulator menu where you can change region settings and visual settings etc. Makes it a bit more playable.

Agreed, nice write-up Mikey. I have this at home, and PSVR, and it does look especially awesome on that. Have only played a little bit tho, really need to dedicate some time to it at some point!!

Resident evil 2 is incredible guys...I'm gunna have to start again though as I forgot to board the windows !!!. It's just such an amazing experience...especially if you loved the original game back in the 90's. If your on the fence GTFO !!!

Picked this up this morning, so will install it once I get home tonight. Greatly enjoyed it on the original Playstation back in the day, so really looking forward to this.

Just playing Resident Evil 2 remake on PC. I somehow never played the original as it came out when I was a 17 and at that age I had just ditched the consoles in favour of beer and drugs.

What a game it is.
