FYI - for those of us Yanks (whatever the heck that means) or people who permanently reside in America, we have access to more games than we could ever watch with just a basic cable package. So if anything it sounds like it might be easier to watch Espanyol over here than it is in England. Could be wrong.

Maybe not the thread, but do you find Yanks offensive? I mean to me a Yank is simply somebody from Murica, it has no ill feeling from my POV, but ive read its offensive to some Muricans?

Never heard of anyone being offended by the term Yanks. It’s what we call our national team.

He's talented but a team desperate for midfield depth loaned him out which says something. Plus at any rate I can't see him being one of the best midfielders at moving the ball forward and no one really realizing.

What gives it away on that chart is Lo Celso being on there too. I know he isn't very good.

From what I've seen of him this season I'd say he'd walk into our team, the lad looks class.

This. While people will try to use it in an insulting way (e.g. "those silly Yanks"), there's nothing wrong with the term itself. It's just a nickname for an American. You'll see shirts and what not with "The Yanks Are Coming."
