Computer games.

Anyone get any new games for Christmas then?
Set my PS4 up and installed my games. Took up most of the day.
I've got Spiderman, bo4, tomb raider, FIFA and wwe.
Need to get psn+ so can't play black ops yet. Had a go on Fortnite and it just isn't for me. Will have to get pubg this week.

Red dead and the spyro remastered trilogy for me.. need to complete Spider-Man first though before I move on to Red Dead. I also picked up of a copy of Bloodborne today. My experience with dark souls style games is non existent so I’m not sure how I’ll get on, but I’ve been curious to play it for years given how it’s regarded as one of the greatest ever PS4 games.

Completed RDR2 - I enjoyed it but it became very samey

Thinking of going for:
Hitman 2
Detroit Become Human
Spiderman

Anyone recommend these or something different

Hitman 2 is amazing....not a run and gun mindless shooter though, you really have to use the noggin to succeed correctly ....as in kill the targets without a line of entrails and body bits strewn behind you
Spiderman is fun for a few days... became samey very quickly though.
....Detroit become human.....clever story but got more interaction from turning the pages of a novel than I did from pressing triangle, circle...square every minute of so.
Depends what you want from a game really....all of them are classed as great games by the "media" though so don't think you would regret getting any of them.

God of War is really good. Felt a little bit slow to get going for me but once it did I loved it. Thought Horizon Zero Dawn was great as well.

Agree with the shouts above of RDR2 (in terms of main missions) and Spiderman becoming samey. Spider-Man is a relatively short game though so not a huge issue and the combat does evolve as you unlock new abilities.

I’ve played all of those games:

Hitman 2. I just can’t do it.

Spider-man. Absolutely effing boss.

Detroit. Surprisingly enjoyed it.

Played Spiderman for about 5 hours and only done 2 main missions. I'll just be happy swinging from buildings and exploring. What's the dlc like for it? Is it worth getting?

Been playing my PS Classic all day.

For a little machine that got absolutely panned it’s bloody good fun.

Man I forgot how addictive Puzzle Fighter was. I’ve just lost about an hour and a half on it.

Your clearly not alone ij, loads of people love the same games you do.. I guess I'm just too old to learn complex button combos for move lists. Hitman is a game I can treat like a good read, it takes a lot of patience..I can even make a cuppa whilst 47 hangs from a window ledge...it's just more chilled...
As I said before, anyone of those titles will be golden for most people....just not me, Christ I'm still fiddling with Kerbal space programme 2 years later....now that's edutainment!!!

I think you’re right. I just don’t have the patience for Hitman. I can tell it’s good though. Just not for me.
