Their midfield are just there to run around kicking us today. They´ll be looking to bypass that area as much as possible. So important we keep some controlled possession to stop them.

True....I can see a lot of the long balls they tried against PSG hoping our back line leave space behind for Salah and Mane to exploit. That is my only fear today.

Yeah defo mate. If we sneak it then great of course but we need to remember they are second and unbeaten for a reason.

Weren't they doing quite well when AK made a mug of James in 1995 - we had won just 3 times, most recently beating a pish poor Blackburn side on PL title hangover. Our win there was Liverpool's only home defeat of 95/96, and Collymore/Fowler was the most feared partnership in the league. I feel like Rodders' red card in 2011 thrust us into an alternate dimension where victory over the RS is impossible.

Sod it, I'll take a draw if it means ending their title race, the wins will come in time as I see a squad coming together. I mean City went 34 (YES, 34) years without a win at OT before 2008, and even then there were some frustrations - like an elderly Owen fluking it at their place in 2010 - before the power shift finally happened in 2011.
