Silva and Brands did an excellent job of making the squad so much better to work with.
ive no idea who of those 2 were ultimately responsible for upgrading the squad. maybe it was brands. i dont know.

Clearly Allardyce had to deal with walsh and I think that says more than enough.

Some phenomenal reading in here: https://www.grandoldteam.com/forum/threads/marco-silva.103709/page-38

The Allardyce boys in full flow
The Anti-Martinez Team in meltdown
Top Bloos all over the place
Cries of “I’m packing Everton in”
Crypto Kev - “Bottom 3 in October”
Frank the Clown - “sacked by crimbo”

Turned my Monday right around.
Well as I said in earlier post he was way down my list of RSA replacements, but to his credit he has exceeded my expectations, but also as I said earlier Brands signings have made a huge difference
I will hold my hands up and say so far I’ve been proven wrong about him

Good to hear Bri.

A crank who can admit they’re wrongdoing is a good crank in my eyes.

I have to say I wasn't sure, and its early days but he has surpassed my expectations and I'm liking Everton again, in our professionalism, recruitment of better players and bigger picture of just happy with top 8 finishes.

It seems excellent defensive signings were made.

I'm going to evaluate silva after a full season , he is doing well so far, need to see how he copes in a bad patch of form.

I'm all for Everton doing well. I'm happy!

For the record @Connor Fulham were shabite for first 15 games last season and were more or less bottom of the championship... Then went on a winning run which ended up in automatic promotion... Let's see what happens

Fulham along with about 15 other teams are not going on a winning run in the PL

You are an utter clown man, just accept it

We matched them. Not many sides will do that at the Bridge.

After the shambles of the past few seasons we are back on track, only this time I think we can go even further.

To be fair they had the vast majority of the chances. Alonso came close 3 times and Pickford pulled off a great reaction save from Morata.

It was a very good performance away from home against a very good side but we’ve still got a way to go before we look like we’re challenging the current top 3.
