New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

To the incremental progress although slower than I would like already made

£20M for a piece of dockland. I suppose you can include the number of funding models shuffled forward and then dismissed under the term 'progress' if you're being kind.

Basicaly we're at square one casting about for investors. That's it.

How did he even managed to get the wrong dock when it says on the wall in historical stone letters the name of it? haha mind you since most scouse Kopites dont know where Anfield is im not surprised

Haha, I did think it looked a bit different. I went on a coach trip to Liverpool last week, never actually been to the city except goodison so never been near the docks and I noticed the right one straight away.

I mean the fact the words bramley moor were chisseled into the wall kind of helped me out. Quite hard not to get wrong tbh.

who let him out of the home? Imagine being in your seventies and making such a sad bitter video like that haha why do kopites always jump the gun? They've been made to looks like fools so many times, but they still do this stuff. Welcoming the abuse he recieves when it's built.

Have you popped into the witch-hunt against Liverpool thread yet
Lads on there are worried you haven’t been around since last Sunday just after the City game , a few were getting real worried about your absence
I noticed that with 37 alerts!!!!!

I thought they drew with City and have the same points, what the hell happened in that thread while i was away, last time i posted in that thread was about 3 weeks ago!!!

I was in Macau and Singapore on a 10 day break, last thing on my mind was logging on here during a dour dull boring international break.

Not like you to be negative lad.
Off the playing threads recently I note.
Get back on there and answer some of your outstanding questions re negative spend if you are bored.
You must be incredibly naieve , if you think that the club have turned down the City Council project , if there isn't an alternative.

I've not detailed anything, so I'm not sure what you're raiing against here.

I know what I've heard, and I trust the source. It's not encouraging. I'll say no more than that.

How is that relevant? This is our fourth stadium scheme in 17 years. I think it’s fair to say we’ve been patient enough. Also, did you ever go to the old White Hart Lane? It was a million miles ahead of the shack that Goodison now resembles. They weren’t as a desperate for a new stadium as we are.
True Titus very true but I'm sure you can also understand why the majority of fans would be pessimistic and feel a lot better with more updates due to the amount of failed attempts at a new stadium we have had.

I think it's pretty understandable tbh mate that patience is wearing thin because it's not just the past couple of years, it's been the past 15/20 years.

I get the impatience, I’m as impatient as the next bloke. I’d give anything for us to be lining up in our shiny new stadium next week, but you’ve got to be realistic at the same time. We’re trying the build a stadium on what is currently water, it was never in a million years going to be a quick timescale.

This project has the clout of a billionaire behind it unlike the last ones. We’ve not heard anything to suggest it’s not happening so why not go with the flow eh?

I did go to WHL actually, when Soldado scored one of his only Spurs goals. What a crap day that was

I know a bit about your project mate, the electrical installation side of it and there’s been a lot more mistakes made than that.

I don’t know who’s funding the remedial works, cause it’s already basically being rewired however the actual installation quality with regards to the electrics of it is a disgrace.

It’ll get a ticket to open but the place is patched up to the eyeballs and seeing what’s been allowed there only raises concerns as to what else has been neglected.

I was at a meeting with someone who is regularly on site, the things he told me was like stuff you would see on rogue traders.

Nothing is happening until funding has been secured.

As yet there's been ZERO interest in funding.

Back to the drawing board unless Moshiri is going to get the cheque book out and that won't happen.

The council money could take years to come also as they are expecting challenges to that.
