New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

‘Several’ is a word used when you don’t know exactly how much. Why not say 4 years, in time for the 2022-23 season, which is what they said? Originally wanting the 2021-22 season, but obviously that’s the first hurdle they fell at.
Also noted the word "will" 3 times ....much different from Elstone's " if's and buts ".

Seems things are rolling along behind the scenes.

If this is the case and there is a project team, of scale, onsite working on this, its on. Such a team is expensive.
Yes, you are correct.
I would have thought that there will be a good few on this site who have friends, family etc heavily involved and understandably can't or won't comment for obvious reasons.

Nice of Colin Chong and DBB to keep us all informed with these regular progress updates.

We're going to go the whole year through to the next AGM and we don't appear to have made one bit of progress since the last one.
The next AGM is January 8th, so you won't have long to wait to see how far we have progressed, or not.

Very much so. Many people gainfully employed within the lower floors of the Liver Building moving steadily towards the delivery of something Evertonians will be proud of.
The lower floors ? Everton FC rent the 7th floor form Moshiri for the general admin of the club. I have been told by someone who works there it is nothing to do with Bramley-Moore as yet . If ever. I have gone form being cautiously optimistic to very dubious.

Because building a stadium is not a simple process, and many things can cause problems and delays, and if you put a specific timeframe on it then as soon as anything goes wrong with that fans start freaking out.
