Everton are to learn from Tottenham and West Ham mistakes when moving their new stadium

1. Don't knock down Goodison then go for a very ambitious construction timeline because you don't want to rent a stadium that's not your own for another year.

2. Don't host the Olympics, move in afterwards, then regret the fact there's a running track there.
