At least Tottenham have a very good team and manager bringing in good football season after season.
The spurs fans probably weren't arsed about the new ground as their team were doing so well.

They have competed in european football for every season following that cup win and finished lower than 5th once (6th). If that's not 'well' for you as an Evertonian then I'm completely baffled.

Want to see the renderings but the ones of Kings Dock still make me depressed...what a missed opportunity that was and the thought of BMD waterfront renderings followed by the collapse of the project would just about end any hopes for many of us of Everton ever being a top club again. KD was a missed opp that we still have not recovered from. I hope when they release them they are certain that it will happen.

We got told update website & further fan consultation on transport issues was happening within weeks by Colin Chong. Dan Meis & Richard Kenyon said the same things about renders back on the 6th of March.
