If we finish COMFORTABLY out of relegation danger but don't do much of note I'll be fine without griping about him this season even if we're 10th or so. We need to start picking up points quickly tho
If he finishes lower than 7th, he deserves the sack. That is the minimum any Everton manager should be allowed to get away with.

Luckily, Martinez, Koeman and Fat Sam all got the sack for not getting it.

Well you have already sacked him anyway, you cant sack him twice no matter how much you dislike him
I'd sack him today, he isn't good enough. I'm not naive enough to think that is going to happen, though.

As I've said above, we sacked Fat Sam after an 8th place finish; the man coming in to replace him needs to be bettering that position.

I think it takes a club at least 2 summer transfer windows (and those winter ones in between to a lesser degree) to significantly change a playing staff, and the same amount of time to change the culture of a club.

The problem is, not so many teams have the patience to do this. A brave club will do it anyway if it believes it has the right man in charge, and the effort Everton went to get Silva, I am guessing they very much think they now have the right man.

I would also guess that you will see significant improvment as the season moves on, and that clear improvment should breed patience.

I think Moshiri has total faith in Brands
If Brands says Marco is doing ok but needs more players of a higher standard to succeed than I think Moshiri will give Brands the money and Silva the time to succeed
