Just out of interest, does anyone know which companies that moshiri has access to that would help with the stadium?
I know he has access to steel

I am not sure what point you are making.
The problem is that building a stadium is not like building a team.So an extra 10k seats may generate between 6 to 8 million over 19 game's. In today's game selling seats isn't really as important as it once was.
We earn approx 100 million in TV deals and sponsorships each year. Player sales brings in more than match day earnings and tickets. I'm not saying we shouldn't worry, but if we had a 55k stadium and our average attendance was say 49k what would be the problem.
disagree, a big reason goodison sells out is because the tickets for under 25's and over 65's are dirt cheap.
all this talk of another 20,000 fans suddenly appearing out of no where to see a brand new shiny stadium is a myth, there is no proof of this at all
Absolutely no point using West Ham as a comparison for anything*. Almost nothing they did is comparable to any normal stadium move.
* that means you too Dan Meis
Wrong. We’re filling a 40k stadium every week. There’s a 7000 waiting list for season tickets. 50,000 would be ridiculous.
More consultations.Unsure if this has been posted

Not much said per say - but still worth a read
where has that figure come fromThe Arsenal/Spurs comparison is more valid. We have 10k+ on a waiting list and sell out almost every week (a similar stadium size too, albeit ours is slightly bigger). While your clubs may have had bigger waiting lists, our fans have consistently shown a desire to purchase heavily restricted views. Remove the restricted views, build the best stadium in the league and I'm sure the demand takes care of itself.
where has that figure come from
I rang recentley and it was around 7000 people on that waiting list, but many still attend games through everton membership/stubhub on that waiting list

You are not alone in thatI am not sure what point you are making.
Maybe, but let's not kid ourselves here, us being able to afford to build 'the best stadium in the league' with a 60k+ capacity doesn't really exist as a possibility anywhere outside of Dan Meis head at the moment.
To replicate what Spurs have done (which will be the standard to beat) even excluding cheese rooms and all the NFL bollocks would cost £650m+ at least.
Guilty conscience.I don’t know why you are so worried about our stadium
It’s not like we are kicking people out of their homes to build an extension
