Can't say I'm really arsed about Donovan, especially if Coleman's given a chance to make that position his own.
Thanks for the info, though.
No worries , brother .
How's you Tox-Teh , lid ???
( I'd be DEVOED if Landy didn't come back . PACE , kid . PACE . )
Very good my friend, you?
I like Donovan, don't get me wrong, but potentially, given a chance, I think Coleman could bring more to the table down that right handside. More directness, unpredictability and dribbling ability, aswell as good pace.
But saying that, it'd be good to have the option of both players.

I could never understand the adulation. Better than decent outlet down the right, but I thought Moyes was right to drop him to the bench on a few occasions when he made little impact in games. I'd rather the club went out and picked up someone like Eagles at Burnley who was all set to sign for Rangers this summer until personal terms scuppered it. He's 24, with Prem experience and it'd cost a couple of million, far better than throwing good money after bad on marquee loan deals.
The first thing to go out a players game. How old is he?
Everton need to be conscious of resale value more than most.
I also have a sneaky feeling he'd struggle if he wasn't in holiday made while here.

He has his strengths, good movement, excellent pace, a tidy footballer and a hard worker, but he wasn't as good as people make out. When teams sat back and cut off his space his play was limited because he doesn't have an abundance of dribbling ability or trickery to break teams down. He was a player who relied on others creating space for him and giving him passes to run onto.
It's early days for Coleman, but I saw him commit more players in the first half yesterday than Donovan did during his whole spell here, and that's what we need really, that unpredictability and directness in the final third.
If he's impossible to sign then why are you talking about him, you phoney Italian shithouse?
The new Newcastle could set some records on the bell level in these current few years.
