Not being funny, I cannot see any world which Bayern or Real go for Pickford right now. If anything, the World Cup put him on their proverbial radar, but I massively doubt they would be bringing him in based off that.

Look at some of the goalkeepers that Madrid have bought mate? They have signed Navas off a world cup. His like of height won't be as much of an issue in Spain either.

Bayern tend to buy long term solutions, Pickford would fit that. I'm not Pickfords biggest fans, but the lad made 1/2 a dozen world class saves, that I'm not sure any goalkeeper in the world makes. He has done himself no harm.

We would not mate.

I don’t want him to go but at least we’ll be able to sign players if Pickford is sold. We look short on cash at the moment and butland would be cheap due to his relegation

Is Oblak available? The fee quoted all up front may well be prohibitive and there is also an issue of difficulty of getting him out of the club.

Allison looks a bit of a myth to me as well mate. While I haven't seen him a lot, against Liverpool he was very poor and cost his side. At this World Cup it's hard to think of a single save he made, he looked substantially worse than Pickford, while he is a couple of years older. If I was looking at both, Pickford looks a far advanced keeper, especially for a side in England.

Chelsea, if Courtois goes could move, I could also see United going for him if United move De Gea on. Possibly Bayern. Possibly, strange as it is, Real Madrid could well make a move for him. His performances were outstanding for England.
His shot stopping was outstanding yes, how many times did he kick it out of play from a goal kick.

World class keepers go for a premium as they don't have many weaknesses, in their all round game. Most of them also play at champions league level.

Pickford would go for around the money we paid for him so what's the point.

The Pickford stuff is starting already, he is 100% going to be sold. Then we’ll get a new LB and CB. Chelsea selling their own keeper and Moyes urging him to stay at us. People in the football world know what’s about to happen and a lot of our fans do too.

The one thing that we have in common with 99.99999 %if people in the football world is that both groups know nothing re potential football transfers until a medical is being done. Thats the only 100% thing im sure of

This is nonsense. We do not need to sell Pickford, he has only just been bought and following his last season in the Prem, has cemented number 1 spot for England.

Don't spout rubbish

We don't need to sell, but then again if a massive offer came in who knows what we'd do. Saying that though, one of the reasons he won't be going anywhere is because I don't think anyone is going to give us much more than the money we paid for him.

We aren't short of cash, we aren't selling Pickford and we aren't buying Jack sodding Buckland ffs

To answer your question, not very often. Occasionally under pressure on his right foot, he cleared to touch, which got England up the pitch and was part of the wider strategy.

If goalkeepers with no weaknesses go for a premium, how do you explain Alisson being quoted 70 million plus? Stoke in the championship with get 35+ for Butland. We will get 60 for Pickford, well over double what we paid, no chance he goes for 25 with add ons mate.

People look for outstanding ability and character in goalkeepers. He has both of those.
