He needs time Time to rebuild & nurture a young side into a winning team this will take time so patience & support will be needed this season & next season, no knee jerk reactions to defeats or when things go wrong....

Marco Silva had nearly 90% in a poll when he arrived at goodison so lets all get behind him & support the team & our manager fully throughout this season...

Anyone seen a defensive drills/set pieces video? probably less likely to make one as it's not eye catching as the vids involving goals. Just want to make sure Marco isn't similar to an old friend of ours.

Really like him. Has the players out with the balls early in pre season, instead of doing running drills. I think he’ll shock a few people on how good a coach he is.
