Hope he goes. He is too good for us anyway.
It was never going to work out with the players we had to play around him.
Lets just stay in our 7th-10th bubble and be content with it.

My understanding of the situation is there seems to have been some negotiation somewhere along the line," said Allardyce.

"I don't get involved in anything with regards transfers so all I know is there appears to be interest from DC United. Where that lies and where Wayne lies with it I can't tell you at the moment.

"But in terms of clarity of whether Wayne is staying or leaving, I'll find out a little more later when he comes into training."
 


I don't believe there is a situation where Rooney is dishing out ultimatums. DC want him, Everton are willing to sell him, now it's up to Rooney whether he wants to go or stay at Everton. Maybe the new manager and how he feels about Rooney will be factored into Rooney's decision making, but it isn't some dramatic ultimatum, as is being reported in some quarters. He just needs to make a decision.
