The worry at the moment is that there's no resounding answer on the management for next season. The director of Football position rumours have died down a bit, and we could be looking at another quality Walshy Window.

I think we all know what's required, and all roads would ideally lead to a massive clearout.

Mirallas should be offloaded asap, along with Mo Besic and Sandro.
Mangala can head back to City.

Permanent players to go early in the window: Rooney, Bolasie, McCarthy, Davy K, Ashley Williams, Cuco Martina & Snides.

I'd only give Sam money to spend based on the sale of the above - and focus on: LB, LM, CB, CF.

Does'nt matter who's the Manager or if we"ve a new Director of Football until we genuinely get a plan of action in place and actually set up a simple plan :-) People all saying we need a new CB - At moment we've Jagielka, Williams, Keane, Funes Mori, Holgate and then Galloway, Pennington and Browning on way back from loans , then add younger lads ;-( 2 are past it, 2 are good but not great, 1 has great potential and played well and the 3 on loan either gone back 2 years in development or showed their cuco martina ;-( so we need to make a cynical decision and clear out half of them and stop being the "nice" Everton ! In every position its practically the same too ;-( we say we've no lb but in reality there's Baines, Garbutt, Martina ( mr versatile phil neville) then young lads like Connolly etc!

Let me be Director of Football for a week and half the squad would be got rid of and there would be no one we'd be carrying from 'Star players' to tea lady ;-) You don't give 100% for Everton your not staying
 
Still think we should be playing 4-3-1-2 with the personnel we have at our disposal.

Walcott is the only decent proper winger in the entire squad yet we always try play 4-2-3-1/4-3-3 like there’s no other formation.

Cba seeing it progress into next season unless we’re picking up another 2 wingers or Henry gets a work permit (doubt it).

You can't legislate for something like that happening.

At the time we needed cover there and he offered something we didn't have in the centre of the defence and that was pace.

Unfortunate with an injury. This happens.
