How big is the war chest though? We ain' got no Lukakus or Stones this summer to flog so honestly how much will a manager be given? Whoever comes in is going to have to get rid of about 8-10 players who simply aren't good enough

If he comes then he needs to be given 2-3 seasons to implement a plan and the funds to do it. He also needs someone more competent than Walsh to oversee scouting and recruitment. He definitely seems to be the brightest talent we could attract at the present time.

Mate I really don’t think the squad is that bad, we just need a proper manager, I can see moshiri finding 150m for him in the summer.

No way was he leaving Shaktar while they were in the CL but he still interviewed for the job, the plan was for Unsworth to see out the season but we panicked and give Allardyce a contract where we could get rid for a few mill in the summer.
