No one mention the Heit, i think a combo of him with either Mofro - Rodwell - Arteta would be tempting.
Id be tempted to push Rodwell and Arteta further forward with an anchor of Heit or Mofro in games we find difficult to break down.

That's because there are better options than him in midfield. No point accomodating him, and losing a creative player.

Different players i would say mate, you could rewind that post 6 years ago and be talking about Carsley to be fair.

Yeah. But I feel we dont need Heitinga in midfield, because we have a better DM there in Fellaini.
I dont think there will be a nailed on starting midfeild myself mate, Davey plays percetages to much, there are games i can see him playing Fellaini and Heit as two Dm's to be honest, when he will want to keep it tight and nick one, im thinking of Arsenal games or away at Chelsea, Utd.
Hes done it before at the sake of creative players and to be honest its worked, i fully expect him to do it again.

Everton 2 - Chelsea 1 : Arteta and Osman.
Everton 3 - Manchester Utd 1 : Arteta and Osman.
Arsenal 2 - Everton 2 : Fellaini and Osman.
Manchester City 0 - Everton 2 : Heitinga and Arteta.
Everton 2 - Manchester City 0 : Fellaini and Pienaar.
Liverpool 1 - Everton - 0 : Fellaini and Osman.

It seems to me that Moyes has finally got his head around having a creative type in the middle of the park, and you can even look at the games against Arsenal, Liverpool (twice), Manchester Utd, Chelsea and Villa around January of the 08-09 season when Arteta and Neville forged a partnership.
Even the games in Bold, Arteta and Osman weren't available for selection due to injury.

Tad bit of an injury crisis with limited selection to be fair mate last season, i guess my point was i see our midfeild being more fluid and offering a varience per game based on our wealth of midfeild options - which i guess from the inconistent line ups pretty much underlines the pint.
I wouldnt discount playing with two anchor midfeilders at all - in fact you can take it as nailed on it will feature in specific games, just my opinion like!
Great top have options though!
