I could see a move for Klaasen out of the club may be to a European league and involve a partial swop not unlike the one recently between Utd and Arsenal.
The swop solved problems for both clubs and both players.

We will take a hit on him but I think he could do well in a less physical less hectic envoirnment.

I'd have loved to seen Gana, Rooney and Klaasen midfield vs WBA last weekend. Ain't no way it could've been worse than the crab-ball served up by Schneiderlin. Ain't no way.

I still think. When I saw him play and on the ball, he is one of most intelligent players we have

I agree. Some of his touches and passes were excellent - not his fault, that no one saw fit to run on to them. Just needs more game time to gel with team mates. With the garbage we've been watching lately, I definitely think he deserves another chance.

klassen and Schneiderlin are completely different players.

Different in that one has been given about 5481 chances and has been crap every time and the other has been given about 2. Can pass forwards and would actually try if given the chance

I guess thats one of the things I didnt realize about Klaassen, while he did play some AM for Ajax, he primarily played as a CM. Yet we have played him in his natural position only 3 times. That includes his best game against Appollon, and we won those 3 games by a combined score of 7-0, albeit not against top tier competition. Id really like to see what would happen if he got a couple of games as our box-to-box.

Its kind of crazy to think he has 20 goals and 12 assists last season, and we cant find a place for him in a side that keeps getting killed each week and get get shots. Im not saying he fits super well, but at some point hes got to get more than 180 minutes in the league, right?
