I wouldn't hold him as an ideal political example, tbh

But I don't really see anything wrong with Anderson sharing his opinion on Everton. He is just as entitled to it as anyone else is, regardless of his role.

He’s right in everything he said on that phone in.

In his position he just probably shouldn’t be saying it.

This is exactly it.

They were pretty personal attacks on Martina and Williams. If John Smith from Toxteth calls in, nobody cares. If the mayor does it, he knows it’ll be all over the news and the players will hear exactly what he said.

I don’t think anyone thinks he’s not entitled to do it, but it’s about as professional as Trump with his tweets.
