Le$cott out of shitty!

I know and I love the round, furry one, but, come on, it wasn't one of his best.

It was still good though. Some of the toilet humour was a bit OTT, but for the most part it was a good watch.

No need for all the nasty comments on Lescott's physical appearance. Don't care what he did - uncalled for.
Ah, i see RFUS is with me (I only read the first three pages of the thread).

Seriously, get a grip, everyone. Listen to yourselves.

I was beginning to think I was the only one who thought those jokes were cheap (y)

He isn't coming back here.

We don't want him back here.

He made his bed. He gets to sleep in it now.

Not to stir things up but can you honestly say none of you would've done the same thing? I'm baffled as to why you lot hate him so much. He was never a fan of Everton so say you played for a neutral club like Birmingham or Villa, then a club makes a huge bid for you who look determined to spend until they win trophies. You wouldn't want to go?

He's a good player but you got a really good price for him and that allowed you to buy 3 or 4 good players to galvanise your squad.

(He's also one of our first choice CB's so it's pretty unlikely we're forcing him out the door lads!)

Again...not to cause WW3 or anything just interested that's all.

How he behaved mate, he was doing well at Everton in a team moving forward and behaved like a self absorbed belter as soon as a sniff of money came his way. He didn't want to play for us when we were massively stricken by injuries and behaved like a petulant tramp in order to engineer a move away.

It's all well and good wanting to win something mate, but you don't sell out everything that you are in order to do it. A lot of blues are still believers of doing it the right way, which is why Lescott and a large element of your fans won't be flavour of the day with us.

Not that you'll lose any sleep over it mate.

Suppose so...don't know how much of his 'bad behaviour' I believe personally...Moyes seemed pretty determined to make Lescott a hate figure but hey, who knows! It's one mans word against an others isn't it, we're bound to believe the guy from our own side.

Absolutely mate, and fair enough. I couldn't convince you as much as you probably couldnt convince me.

The only thing with Lescott was not wanting to play the Arsenal match, despite being our only fit centre half. Then training badly so his team mates got fed up with him and Moyes had to sell him.

It worked out great as it happens, we got 24 million which is extortionate and used it to strengthen but the crux of the matter is his behaviour, it was disrespectful to the club that established him in the top flight and paid him well throughout.

Footballer in [Poor language removed] shocker, I suppose.
