hmm, i never understand how this stuff happens. I mean if they're all sat in a room, they don't leave the room until all parties are happy and the deal is agreed, surely?
I mean we don't walk in there and print out loads of sheets saying 90k a week, sign there if you're happy. And then his representatives aren't happy, so our reps have to walk out the room and ring moshiri and say "are you ok to raise it to £100k?".
Then they go back to the printer room, print out all the sheets again and repeat the same process.
Surely our reps are given a maximum figure to work towards and just sit down with a players reps and do a back and forth of figures, before everyone's happy? If they want to go over the maximum, we say no and offer them a final take it or leave it offer?
