David Unsworth - Temporary Manager

He keep stressing the way he wants to play and the style he wants to bring to the first team.

I've been saying this all along, pace, width, movements, pressing, high tempo. That's how they play in U23.

All these will have a direct and immediate impact that is so lacking in the first team.

He is the best and most natural appointment if we're looking for someone who can address our shortcomings with immediate positive effect.

Loves his headlocks. Remember being in a hotel, must have been 1997, in North London (near Epping Forest) and Unsworth had just signed for West Ham. Me and my dad spied the West Ham squad there so moved closer to see what was going on. They were all drinking and Unsworth had Hartson in a headlock giving his head a good scrub.

I'd also like to point out...Martinez set all that up. Koeman couldn't give a monkey's about the youth set up.
