Really look at his record with Valencia, Alkammar and Saints.

I am pretty familiar with his history mate, you will know he has had successes and failures.

Do you think he did a good job last season? Where you happy with him over the summer period?

Like I say, if it was a simple matter of bad management I'd be on board, I don't think it is, the fault lies with the board and transfer negotiators!.

Well mate looks like we will have to agree to disagree.

What successes (trophies etc) has he had?

As for summer, a mess for the most part. It was widely stated we need a GK, CB, creative midfielder and striker. We a GK, CB but after what - no striker yet had months to provide a target for the board.

The board do not choose the targets the manager does or approves the selection.

A reliable poster on TPF is saying he has heard Moyes caretaker until the end of the season ? Couldn't stand him but I'd rather that then move Unsworth
He could organise a team but it's a step forward and also a step back - fresh blood is needed maybe a combination of Unsy and Dunc along side him - just rumours about Moyes!

He's won trophies at the majority of clubs he's been at mate, like I say he's had failures as well we both know this.

I don't the difficulty was identifying players, I think the problem was negotiating and securing the targets.

Fair enough mate, we are coming at the problem from different angles is all. Who is more culpable for me our problems are more structural and the board are culpable and feel the manager is an easy scape goat and left carrying the can.

Although I don't really rate Koeman, didn't want him and want him out....mainly as I think he was an unambitious choice who would never win us a cup or get us challenging top 4.......I have to side with you a bit on where you are coming from.

He did a decent job last year and it's true to say a LOT of fans were behind him and were also doing cartwheels when he start getting in the new players. Its a bit ridiculous how fast people turn to sack the manager and piling the blame all on him without looking at the full picture.

Even more ridiculous is the fans thinking we are in that bad a state that we need a fixer as a manager....god no....please.....stop. Moyes....Allardyce.....christ no
