It wasn't the most eloquent way of putting it, but yeah- he was talking about the mentality. Tbf he is correct

May be one for the future when requirements our met I suppose ....................
How can you even say this seriously? The transfer was done in the summer before he started playing & scoring. Hindsight for you.

Just cutting the manager some slack. Obviously all the above happened, just appears to be a little amatuer and desperate to be trying bring
him back in Jan, when he has not yet met the requirements needed.
For me it is on the board for failing with other targets others may dissagree

Maybe but strange way of putting it! What does it say about Koeman as a manager? The players completely failed to respond, at home, after a single goal had gone in, against a mid ranking team and he couldn't do anything about it. Then he tells them it's their fault for not responding, nothing to do with him. He's maybe the worse man manager I've seen at the club.
