I need to move to a different planet. This one is completely mental.

What pedigree does he have then? In major leagues, he won a domestic cup which is about as celebrated as our League Cup while a having an otherwise torrid season with Valencia. He's also managed to get Southampton into the top ten a couple of times.

Forget about his player pedigree...irrelevant. His famous name has hardly had us signing talent that the big clubs were chasing.

Room for the fume means it has somewhere to go. It acts like a chimney. The fume dissipates into the night air, allowing us all to breathe a little better indoors.

Different philosophies we may have, but the same good work we do.
hostility needs crushing. u have lost your way. u know what u are doing with this poll. urge u to stop.

Far too early to be calling for him to go.

He has to change his approach though. Just like Martinez playing the same tactics and refusal to change them is really killing our season after 6 weeks! No defence no attack and nothing is changing

I voted yes because I honestly can't see anything good from him staying at everton. This is his team with his players while players like mirallas are sitting on the bench and not getting a chance.

This season we have seen some absolutely dire performances. He continues to pick players in a formation that doesn't work and there's too many square pegs in round holes. At the start of the season I believed we would sign a real top striker like giroud. The players he has signed either appear to be downgrades on what we had before or just not suited to the English game or just playing in their wrong position.

What I'm most concerned about is there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. I can't see this team just clicking and being top 4 contenders. It's absolutely miles away.

The best solution for me is ship out koeman and bring in David unsworth at least give him a go. Play our youngsters, play a formation that is best for the team and include mirallas and even lookman more regularly. The fans would get behind the team and we may still have a chance of achieving something.

This has been the most disappointing season so far in all my years supporting everton. The most hype for years and by a mile the biggest let down. We look utterly [Poor language removed] and the managers to blame

In fact, the famous names big clubs have been wanting have either left or been pushed out.

I can only assume the result of this poll is a knee jerk reaction from fools and millennials.

I despair.
This is exactly the type of thing I heard when Martinez was under fire. I do think it's too soon to fire him, but he can't keep this foolishness up. Idk if he is trying to send a message to the board or what. We can field a decent team; he simply chooses not to.

I agree it's his team.... however Mirallas is crap. extremely predictable footballer these days .

agree it's his

I'm not coming off the fence but right now the ginger mug's uselessness is getting on my tits. We had a similar run last year where we looked similarly as clueless as we do right now and he managed to get 7th. Moshiri has made clear what the expectations are with an interview specifying 6th place.

If it looks like we're nowhere close to that halfway through the season he will end up binned. Not impressed at the moment.
Also, no point in our good season last season if we get dumped out before the knockouts imo.

Everything we had worked for is crumbling.

Voted no. Give him till the end of the season. If he doesn't turn things around then get rid. He is a better manager than clueless bob but that means very little if you're not showing anything for it. Was willing to be gracious with clownshoes not so much with clownhead. Even though I think he's a much better manager than the imbecile that was in charge previously (doesn't take much I know) he's not good enough for us. Years of ineptitude and neglect from Kenwright and company have caused us to veer way of track and as such, the Mourinhos and Ancellotis may not consider us worth their while as yet. Unsie would be my choice or we could consider a young and hungry manager from the lower divisions ala Moyes and hope it pans out well. But absolutely....no third season for clownhead if he doesn't turn it around.

I have voted no, however my patience is definitely growing very thin with him now. He is not learning from his mistakes and it appears to be mainly down to stubbornness and lack of responsibility. We are just going round in circles with no plan and no light at the end of tunnel in sight. Losing to that team at home tonight is inexcusable imo. It wasn't just a must win but it was a should comfortably win. We struggle to even pass the ball to an Everton player, never mind a forward and creative pass which would be nice instead of all that side ways and backwards and then give it away nonsense. Its not just a lack of confidence as RK said in his post match. It is also some mind boggling management from himself and even though there is indeed clearly a confidence issue, it is his job to manage and sort that out and it should have been sorted 7 matches ago.

Never thought that i would be this frustrated after the excitement of June and July prior to the season starting. Serious questions need to be asked and resolved with a matter of urgency.
