I question the management of that decision, not his performance.

Besic coming on, helped a lot. Should have been Besic and Gana from the start. The 3 centre halves at the back certainly didn't help either as he was just getting bossed around in midfield with minimal (if any...) support.

He's going through a rough patch, which is completely inevitable. Koeman should've started Besic ahead of him but that mistake doesn't worry me as much as his persistence with 5 at the back.
