Is anyone else worried

Probably because I'm not.

I'm saying nobody would be moving to my house (buying Lukaku) before I had secured my new house (replaced Lukaku). So if my purchase falls through, I still have a house, and if my sale falls through, I still have a house. In this instance, you're talking about me having sold my house and finding myself with nowhere to live - exactly what I just said I wouldn't do. Hope this helps.

And like I said, it's a terrible analogy.

Much better ones lad. There's loads on FIFA.
I looked when I was playing after I sold Rom . Could only afford that young lad from Ajax . He was a destroyer.

Back on topic , I really can't think of anyone who would be willing to come to us . I'm a little concerned that Ron has found the same or not getting the backing he needs and wants .

Why do people all of a sudden think giroud who struggles to get game time at Arsenal is all of a sudden a great forward?

He's old and not very good.

Should move on and target much better players.

If you take penaltys out if the equation, giroud last season scored more goals then lacazette. In a harder leauge with less playing time.

Regardless of how good you or I think he is. Sometimes its about the system the team plays and getting players who fit that system.

Giroud fits our system, he knows the leauge and whats more he is proven in the leauge. We could buy giroud tomorrow and play him Wednesday.

seems a catch 22 we need CL footy to attract players, but we need the players to get CL footy
we need unearth about 3 or 4 Cahills

Do people really worry about these sorts of things?

I mean I'd really like Everton to get a few more players in, a few more young lads near the line up and so on. But worry?

I agree with this.

he has never looked owt special any time I watched him play.

He's a player who impresses in spells, usually when coming off the bench, perhaps scoring a worldie, and then there's a clamour from his teams fans to start the next game after an impressive substitute performance. He's then given a starting run of games and inevitably disappoints and proves he's not good enough to be a constant starter for a top team, reminding everyone why he's usually on the bench and some fella called Sanchez is your guy. He then goes back to being a good squad player and a great option off the bench.

In fairness in the premiership era we have had two strikers on Rom's level. 1. A young Rooney and 2. Rom.

I suspect it will be another decade until we unearth another.
