Ronald Koeman discussion

the overall pattern of results is moyes-eque. even he got the occasional result against the big boys, and generally dealt with lower rated opposition very well.
He's been here 9 months and I'd expect you've been one of the many (TBF) who has been dissatisfied with our windows. Patience is key.

No it's not. We've been the best team in 2017, playing some great footy along the way

A bad result and everything goes into meltdown

It's not even accurate, Moyes had a fairly decent record against the top teams, at home at least, it was the lesser teams we tripped up on. Cahill owned Man City for beards.

For the life of me I cannot figure out what he was thinking with Holgate over Kenny and DCL over Lookman/Mirallas

Hell, for the life of me I can't see what he sees in DCL. I've never seen anything that made me think 'yeah, ok'. Lookman I've seen that half a dozen or more times.

We are knowhere near the lets question whether RK is any good or not, hes got another full season imo. Like most, he is not the finished article and will learn a lot from today and will hepfully put it right for next season

Martinez got the one at OT and should have scrapped that dire one at stamford bridge but was cruelly denied, well robbed.

Our performances at all those grounds this season have been horrific tbh and they do feel like a step back. Hopefully see some promise at OT and the Emirates before season's end.

Typical that the only team to have done the double over us this season (and only Chelsea will threaten that imo) has to be them

Who's never scored at OT, Anfield, Stamford Bridge or the emirates, yet he was going to bag two after being anonymous for the first half?

I'd suggest it was more than likely you were setting the team or more than likely Koeman up for a fall, much like when you commented prior to the match when you'd seen the line up and seemed happy enough with it to suggest you'd be disappointed if we didn't get some sort of result.
'kin ell.
