You're speculating massively there mate. Don't let your hatred of him cloud your judgement like so many others.

Hatred, what gave you that idea?
I wouldn't say I was speculating massively. The shares have been shifted about, it is not clear where or why. I am merely curious to understand who owns these shares?
As it happens, I do actually believe that there is something in the Philip Green story. It has been reported by various sources over a number of years so it wouldn't surprise me if Philip Green did actually own some of the shares previously thought to belong to Kenwright. I'm not saying it is a fact, just that I believe that Green is finanacially involved with Everton.
I love a good conspiracy me
Oh dear Lord.

It's why the internet has become a dangerous place.

The shares as an asset have been transferred to another company.
Where and what for?
as stated its not a dividend but a legal transfer of his share holding to another company its a de-merger....to reduce business risk.
No he moved his shareholding form his holding company Bill Kenwright blue Ltd - to his arts company Bill Kenwright Ltd - which now is held with his other assests, the divident is reflected as a fixed assest by the adding of the shareholding.
There is no consipirocey really - the real questionis the one Dave posed is why if he has access through Bill Kenwright Ltd to close to 20 million is that not tapped into as the clubs largest shareholder.
Incidently Earls shareholding is housed somewhere in the Camen Islands - theres much more a consipirocey there if you want to look into that.
It's OK, I quite like sweetcorn on pizza. You have exactly the same knowledge of us on this, which is zero.
You're desperately trying to angle a negative slant on him.
I'm just saying we've seen your sort many times before mate, it's nothing personal.
What's your thoughts on pineapple on pizza?

It's OK, I quite like sweetcorn on pizza.
I didn't realise that I was projecting a negative slant on anyone, I assume you mean Bill Kenwright? I'm not sure what gave you the impression I did. I've no idea what you've seen previously on this site I am just curious to understand what has happened to the ownership of 25% of the club. Considering we all know zero about it, I'm surprised you choose to berate anyone who wishes to understand things a little better?
Is this what people do on here, criticise anyone who asks questions about the running of the club? Is this my sort?
Nothing personal mate, but it appears to me that you are picking a fight without understanding what you are talking about.
