Thats a bit petty isn't it dave? Even for your Kenwright agenda.

It would clearly be to the detriment of the club if Kenwrights sole priority was Everton.

There isn't one chairman you can name who has no other business interests, so to claim Kenwrights priorities are wrong on that basis is farcical.

I wonder if the movement of Kenwrights shares in January 2009 had anything to do with one of his companies, BILL KENWRIGHT BLUE LIMITED, going into liquidation in March 2009?

What a [Poor language removed]! Get him out! Get some other business man with other fingers in other pies and let them use the club as a sanitary towel in!!!

Seriously lads!!! (Shakes head)

Voluntary liquidation - its bascily winding up your company by choice, love the excitement though  I guess that clears up the mystery of where his shares were held before the divident in specie.

You could definately argue that Kenwright de-merging and effectively moving his money is a sign that something is going on behind the scenes. If a sale is imminent then its not being initiated by old Bill, he's just a stooge, the directive will have come from Green, Bill's just been given the heads-up and what with CGT expected to rise after the budget, he's decided to get his money out with minimal tax liability.

Or I could be talkin complete rubbish...who knows

watch this space!

I agree. This is and reads as much to do with CGTax as anything else.

And companies get wound up all the time. Particularly these types of holding companies.
