I understand Davies being rested. He's 18 and we don't wanna over burden him like RS did with Owen. But not sure about having 3 DMs and 5 defenders at home. I know it has worked for us but creativity wise we need to come up with an alternate formation as well that isn't so defensive on paper.

Strange, no width at all? no wingers and back to 4 at the back?

I can only assume Ron has seen a weakness in them straight down the middle...

Wasn't expecting that team! McCarthy and Scneiderlin buzzing around, Barry covering and Barkley and Lookman off Lukaku.

Strong bench as well. We've got a strong, if a bit small, squad

He hasn't warranted a drop has he? Still, we have an overload at the position, and if things don't go well I'm positive Davies will be one of the first on the field.

I'd always go with the maxim that anyone playing well has the shirt to lose. He is full of confidence, and a kid that age wont feel two games in a week. If he did then you sub him, but dont drop him to the bench. That's just confusing.

Not keen on us playing with 3 defensive midfielders. Especially against a team we should be beating. Hope Koeman knows what he's doing with this line up.

Well Bournemouth have been leaking goals for fun, I suspect there is a weakness through the middle that they hope to exploit.

We'll play with Williams and Funes at the back with a three in front of them as insurance - but with McCarthy looking to get forward, probably alongside Schneiderlin, and Barry sitting.

Baines and Coleman will be pushed high up, with Barkley and Lookman allowed to roam around Rom.
