Gunner have a quiet one till about 10 to twelve, when the whole neighbourhood comes to great me and carry me around the streets on their shoulders !

Staying at my Mum and Dad's (with my son), arrived back from Melbourne for a visit a couple of days ago. Still fighting jet lag and waking up at 5am so doubt we'll do more than sit up with my folks and a couple of drinks. To put a positive spin on this; a) nice to spend time with them while they're still around and b) saving myself for the Southampton game on Monday, first visit to Goodison in 2 years.

I'm having a day out in Oxford, got a free ticket through work for their home game against Walsall at 3. Just mooching about the historic buildings, colleges etc then head to the ground later.

Quick drive home to Wycombe, then cringe as that cult hammer City. Will then have my feet up with a Chinese, a couple of drinks and watch some films.

Rock and roll.....
