Koeman got 6th and 7th at Soton with negative net spend. You know what Martinez had done with fair amount to spend. I think it is ridicious when you have a go at Koeman he is 12 PL games in charge at Everton while it seems you can stand the fraud for another season if he is still here.
Been saying this for ages, I can't stand Martinez because he was deluded, spouting lies and crap in the conferences and treated the fans like idiots. So it was everyone's fault but not his? On top of that looked at the winning rates in the last 2 seasons including 4 wins at Goodison in a season. His one way tippy tappy tactics and the reluctance to practice defending setpieces...there is a lot of reason to dislike him.

Martinez was always very respectful to the fans and the club. He's also left the squad with players who, if sold would fetch a large profit.
Koeman doesnt have a system, style of play and has belittled the club in the media.
Martinez lost the dressing room leading to a pitiful performance against Liverpool. What's Koemans' excuse for 5-0 against Chelsea? Swansea, Palace, Burnley, Bournemouth and out of the cup in the 1st round against Norwich which he didnt even seem bothered about...
We are damn lucky that other teams havent performed as were still 7th. Southampton next who we should beat as they have 2 important cup games either side of our game and also a very tough following few games.
I dont think xmas will be looking too good for us if he cant motivate the team or tactically outsmart an American manager who has underwhelmed in his 1st premier league job...how can he do it against Wenger, Mourinho and Klopp?
Btw the Southampton fans wanted koeman sacked last season before he stumbled upon 3 at the back and went on a crazy winning streak...lets see if he can produce something like that for us.

He's gone now but should be treated with the respect he showed to us.

I can't think of the excuse when Martinez had a winning rate of 29.33% in his last two seasons here but since he is gone I would not repeat my stand time after time. All I can say is he will be a very good politician if he is not a football manager.
As to Koeman, the board must back him with cash, he buys his team and we will judge. He will be here for 3 seasons unless he repeats what Martinez had done in the league for 2 seasons in a row, which is unlikely in my opinion.

Thats the key as i dont think moshiri will trust koeman to buy players if he cant get results against inferior clubs with the ones he has now.

That is not a question mate, Koeman needs time and transfer windows to sign his players with the assistance of Walsh.
Let's get this straight Moshiri was the one who employed Koeman he will let him to rebuild this team. Don't forget Koeman merely spent the Stones money that's it in the summer.
The current corp of players had two 11th (not 6th) place finishes I don't understand why you expect Koeman to fix everything by now? Martinez had done a lot of damage it takes time and new players to rebuild the team.

Dunno mate, if i was going out with a girl or had a boss who basically lied to my face every time they spoke then i wouldn't say that was showing respect, just saying things devoid of reality that sounds good until you examine the substance and reality behind whats said isn't respect it's spin/lies
martinez was a chancer who was found out, don't like Koeman's style of being 'so blunt and honest' but prefer it over the Martinez/Nero style of playing whilst Rome burns.
koeman may indeed fail at the club - i had my doubts initially about his track record etc, but one thing i am sure of is that IF he does indeed not succeed in pushing us on then we won't be in such a shambles as when Martinez left - least the players will have the first clue about how to train and won't have the stamina of a 11 year old ashmatic girl with polio
