ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

I'm very critical of our club, our support, our Manager, Bolasie.

So in the past 21 years, we haven't won a trophy and have finished 11th the past 2 seasons and yet...we have sold out every home game this season including half the allocations for Palace and Swansea as well. Despite thousands of obstructed view tickets and most non ST tickets costing around £40+.

We have sold out every away game this season apart from Sunderland on a Monday night where we still had a good 2,900 there anyway. 3,300 for Southampton on Sunday 4:30pm has now sold out.

But I thought we didn't care about supporting Everton, we only care about the RS lol

And on that note, since RAWK are so obsessed with laughing at our attendances (even though we always sell out) despite being in 7th, how come with your team being so high up the table, you haven't been filling the new redeveloped Anfield? Capacity of 54,000 yet only 53,000 have been turning up and only 52,700 for the "big one" when you played Man United?

As you claim to be a blue, please can you talk us through our poor support that has been selling out our games with ease and why Liverpool haven't, despite potentially being title contenders this season?

It was this one...

I remember being gutted at that one because 4th place was very much still on for us at that point, as it was months later when we beat Arsenal at Goodison. As you said 99.9% of Evertonians wouldn't have been happy that Terry had scored that.

Actually, I think the thick planker mixed up two games. The Chelsea loss was in February 2014 and not one Evertonian worth his or her salt would have been in the least bit happy with that result. However, the loss to Man City 2 1/2 months later was "cheered" to an extent by a lot of us as that did turn out to hurt the Crimson Crud's title aspirations. Of course, even that result would have been meaningless had the Red Runs taken care of their own business.

They are actually at full capacity; Big Stand is powered by a thousand souls wrenched screaming from their human forms and imprisoned forever in a lattice of steel and plastic.

Slippery slope (excuse the pun) if they bring Gerard back I think.
They seem to have a good team spirit and I think he could destroy it. I'm surprised that Klopp would take him back, although he probably feels pressurised by their know it all fans.

When and where have I mentioned about us getting beat by Chelsea 5-0? That was a shocker and no one in their right mind is going to take that attitude to such a bad defeat. I mentioned the one a couple years back, the one where Terry scored a last minute goal near the end of the season, and most of ours seemed to be quite happy over it!! I'm very critical of our club, our support, our Manager, Bolasie. Didn't realise most of my postings have been on this thread, but it's a bone of contention of mine at the moment, the way things are mapping out for us, that this thread keeps getting bumped about 'them' when we're not very good. Not least when some of its totally untrue. If your looking back over my posting history, you'll see the almost slanderous remarks regarding Tony Barrett, a relation of mine' by Dave K, he apologised, so no probs but something so wrong shouldn't have been posted in the 1st place. The way I see it, if it's wrong or untrue, I will question. Again, a question you seem to be avoiding, regarding our fans and support, what have I said that's coherently wrong?
If we are flying in the League and our fans are still willing to sacrifice League position for them not winning, it's only natural when we're as bad as we are now that that support is going to wain. If we're flying and the over riding feeling is of them not winning, what's the point in all of this? Wanting them to get beat is just rivalry, wanting them to get beat at our expense is madness.

BTW 'mate', the only place and posters i have EVER seen call @davek - Dave K, is on RAWK, absolutely no one on here calls him that - but on RAWK they do so frequently in the Everton thread.

Strange...

Note true lad, we had a big argument on here a while back about how to pronounce it....I'm in the dave k supporters group, with no RS.........
